Pluspunten
The facilities are seriously top-notch. I've worked for several different big and small name fitness companies, and there's are tough to beat. So obviously the free membership is great. Usually an energetic environment, and convenient spa, cafe, and child-care.
Minpunten
During my time here (a few years), I was sexually harassed by a team member, stalked by a member, not paid for hours I worked, and blatently lied to by managers. I reported all these things and nothing was ever done. It looks like a great place, and leadership will tell you it's the greatest company on earth to work for. It is not. The number of sexual harassment incidents that go on in this company that management turns a blind eye to is sickening. It's a boy's club with no concern for team members whatsoever. Do. Not. Work. Here.
