As an employee of the summer, you have to be partially responsible for some of the children hanging out there although it is not part of your position.

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Minpunten

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
