Pluspunten

Easy and free access to great gym amenities. Plus discounts on premium classes, training, spa products and services, and some cafe items. Team members were usually very helpful with one another.

Minpunten

Leadership shows favoritism and retaliatory behavior. Would frequently gift personalized items to certain team members but not others. More likely to write you up if they feel upset by you, and less likely if they like you. Also would hear team members talking about sensitive issues that were meant to stay behind leadership doors, which means leadership isn't trustworthy with personal issues you go to them about.

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
