You are a number to them. There is no better way to say this.
They do not care about you or your career. I have been close personal friends with several of their top performers in every role and have held top stats in my role as an account manager for consecutive years. I have never seen a company change their sentiment on passionate employees more quickly and for more inane issues than Life Time.
Best example I can give: a personal training manager for a club that produced significant revenue was sent a template style thank you letter from headquarters after 10 years of employment.
Thoughtless.
