If you have a vacation plan in a few months, you will have to find someone to cover your shifts. They make the schedule for the season so not flexible if you have sports or kids.

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Minpunten

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
