Great people and great projects

Minpunten

Very undervalued and under paid workers. Managers bully to get you to work late and weekends. Very stressful, reviews and raises are always late. Good talent continues to leave. Hard to make a living with the low pay, hard to have a life outside of work. Projects are always very behind schedule. You feel like the company is a sinking ship.

If you are new to the industry this place is a great start as you will learn a lot including what you don’t want to see in the theming industry. You will be working on cool fun projects but eventually the glamor of it will fade and you willl take your experience to someone who respects it.

Minpunten

Long hours expect not having full weekend. A lot of overtime. Bosses are unfriendly and the owner is beyond bad business. You’ll hear lots of true and awful things. The building for composites was behind on safety standards low ventilation no fire suppression which is important. when working with flammable toxic chemicals
