I have the autonomy to succeed in this position. I am not in the office, but I receive as much support as I need from my Sales Director, support staff and upper management. The owners are engaged and appreciative of their staff. I am rewarded for my hard work and they are always thinking of ways to make it a bit more fun!. As in all sales, some months are better than others. The product is superior to the competition, and not all consumers value this. Be prepared for a lean month every now and then!
