      If you are looking to work in the UK and joining from abroad then they have an intro package but you have to work there a year.

      Minpunten

      All their values and morals are just marketing gimmicks, there is no substance to the company or the products. This is illustrated by the fact that the products which are so great and so helpful, if they were, wouldn't the staff be instructed on their use? No they are not. The management defence to this is that the staff aren't allowed to advise clients on medical matters as they do not have the appropriate medical training. Not that the customers who promote the product do either.

      Pluspunten

      The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

      Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
