Gain lots of experience, decent amount of autonomy, paid drive times,

Minpunten

Early starts, demanding clients, unruly clients, exaggerated expectations, absurd work loads at times, inconsistent employees. Expectations for speed over quality. While I worked there, the previous owners of the business were fired while still owning the property. This lead to the employees being caught between an often times unethical dispute over property, usage rights, and financial compensation.

This was a great place to work. Really lovely people. Very much felt like a team. Management was accessible and everyone was willing to answer questions.

None. Except the internet was always going out.

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Minpunten

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
