The product is also something you can confidently stand behind, which makes selling and supporting customers much easier.
Minpunten
The biggest gap for me is the lack of stock options or equity. For people who love helping grow a company long term, having ownership or equity would be a strong additional motivator and align employees even more closely with the company’s success.
