C-Suite makes weird comments about people’s appearances. I was asked to use my disability to get free rides for the company on a trip. I was told I wouldn’t be asked to go on anymore trips because I didn’t drink alcohol. I was asked to lie to candidates. I was told numerous times that the company “would look into it” just to find out nothing was ever looked into. LinTech will never take the side of an employee. They have favorites and if you aren’t one, they will not stand up for you. There is a pure and utter lack of respect for employees from the top down. There are never any investigations when issues arise, leadership just does what best works for them. This regime is a joke. I’m shocked that Dexian hasn’t dropped them yet. At this point, nothing surprises me though. It’s not a surprise to see that they haven’t won any new awards since dropping/letting go of all of their winners from their team.
