      Cultural respect and very open to share the business ideas. Family oriented and working like in a our business. If you got the opportunity to work with them I would suggest to get the opportunity. I am really missing you (LINDE)

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
