Can see a complete project life cycle in an year. Once the parent company (Linde) takes over the entire management it has lot of chances to improve.

Minpunten

Bad managers. Very less scope of learning in Design area. Increments is not that good (around 10-15 % max)

Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
