The office itself is in a nice location.
Minpunten
The honeymoon is over quick when an issue occurs. They claim you will be technical but you will start to feel more like 1st level customer service. Inefficient training then they toss you onto the phone. They all claim they are there for you but once a major customer isn't happy about something that is beyond your control you will be penalized. In the end, you will not anyone there. Fake leads pretending to be supervisors and manager until something goes wrong (internally /externally). Do you see the pattern of culture here?
