You will be required to work 12hrs shifts 7days a week while on site for multiple weeks at a time. - Last minute notice to switch to night shift or back to days. - Amount of required travel. - Communication. - lack of information for given tasks. - Training. - Top heavy. - Last minute travel notice. - Extended periods of travel without fair amount of notice. - You pay expenses then are reimbursed after a few weeks. - Must have your own tools. - Company will not cover stolen tools if they are taken from rental or shop truck while you are on site. Company expects you completely empty vehicle while at hotel of all belonging including tools and bring it all into your hotel room. And if company owned tool is stolen the employee is responsible. - Miss most company events due to required travel.
