Nice building and decent computer equipment/software. decent benefits, good location.

Minpunten

The management over me was somewhat lacking in communication skills. This made it difficult to connect properly with people I needed to talk to to complete projects. No respect for people as a whole.

Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

Minpunten

Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
