Lots of Kool-Aid, everyone thinks they are changing the world (it gets old,) and it is extremely political, make sure you have an internal sage/mentor

Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

Minpunten

Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
