It is such an exciting place to be where we have the best tools in the market for our clients to increase revenue, efficiency and brand reach and make a real and significant impact to the market and to our clients.

Minpunten

There is not any downside to working here. It is hard work and we constantly demand excellence of ourselves so that means going above and beyond what is expected of us and constantly developing yourself which I don't see as a negative at all.

Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.

Minpunten

Leadership often felt political and opaque. Success was difficult to define clearly, and it frequently seemed like the business quietly picked winners and losers rather than rewarding performance on transparent terms.
