Traveled internationally. Decent pay. That’s about it.

Minpunten

Toxicity top to bottom. Where legal tech goes to die. Homegrown tech is vaporware. To say that quotas are unrealistic is an understatement. Pressure cooker. Turnover is pathetic. If you’re not a yes man, you’re targeted.

As a new employee, I have been given full autonomy to make thoughtful and strategic decisions. I appreciate that they have leaned into doing things differently and open to new ideas. I have had the opportunity to work with the ELT members and have been pleasantly surprised how accessible they are when requested for support. The CEO even did a 1 hour meeting with all new hires about the history of Litera, where we are now and where we are looking to go. To get time with the CEO in that capacity, was very unique and special as a new employee.

Minpunten

The company moves fast and if you are not one who can keep pace, you will fall behind. Not necessarily a con but a fact. People like me, who like fast pace environments, will thrive here.
