You will get a better understanding of how the agile method works and how work is carried out in big companies, through processes like RFCs.

Minpunten

Work gets repetitive very easily: create an endpoint, optimize a query, create a component. Certain managers fails to properly communicate when there's room for personal and professional improvement, which may defer growth. Teams are largely composed of Brazilians, which may result in you speaking Portuguese most of the time - which may not be ideal if you're looking for more contact with the English language. Pay is only slightly higher than Brazilian companies pay, which is weird because this is an American company.
