Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts, clearly it didn't work out how you had hoped at Locad. It's always regrettable and we strive to learn from each and every piece of feedback. They are quite broad comments and without specifics, it's difficult to address certain scenarios where you felt there was good examples of your points. I'd be more than happy to hear your thoughts on where communication lacked? Innovation and strategy is a key topic that whole leadership team are invested in, we share regular updates in the weekly company meetings. Our goal is to keep every informed effectively and we will continue to work on communication methods and processes.
