Pluspunten

-Good health insurance -I will go against the grain of previous reviews and say that the former VP of Sales/Current COO is a very inspirational person to work for, observe and learn from. He may rub some people the wrong way (textbook Type A personality) but at least he cares enough to grill you in the middle of a meeting (in contrast, some of the other sales managers think that 'ghosting' is a management style). Highly driven, involved, extremely smart, just an absolute beast, 5-star general and the cornerstone of the sales team. When he is in the building, everyone is on point. I honestly think that he's the only thing keeping the whole thing together sometimes.

(I can only speak for the sales organization, because that's the department I worked in): -No telework. At all. In 2018. In software. Why? So they can keep an eye on you and micromanage you into a fine pulp 5 days a week. Who cares if you work more efficiently and productively without some knucklehead coming along and distracting you every 5 minutes in an open floorplan office? I hope you like battling traffic in Tysons Corner because you'll be doing it all week long. -The most curiously mis-managed company I have ever worked for. Logi will provide you with an excellent education on the realities of the corporate world. A school of hard knocks, if you will. If you can survive at Logi, you can survive anywhere. See below. -This place is a snake pit - only snakes can survive here. Working at Logi Analytics after the PE acquisition was like working in an episode of Game of Thrones. Constant drama, backstabbing, lying, feuds, deceit, intrigue, you name it. People throwing each other under the bus trying to save their own necks. Just really ugly. Call me crazy, but when I come to work in the morning, I expect to spend the day working, not playing office politics just to keep my job. -Best people in every department continue to leave. I wonder why? Probably the inept management at every level. -The "leadership" on the SDR team is ineffective on a good day, and harassment every other day. -Pay is low even for entry-level SDR positions. They will nickel and dime you on bonuses too. -The private equity firm that bought Logi is whittling away at headcount and not replacing people. There is no sense of team, there is no morale, there is nothing but an empty shell of a company where Logi Analytics used to be, and employees wondering how long they have before the axe falls and they are without a job. Does that sound like a pleasant place to work? Because it isn't, it's dreadfully depressing and demoralizing. Quite toxic, really. --- Expect the CEO or one of his HR henchmen to comment on this post with something about how "we've changed since so and so worked here" or "we value ethics and teamwork over everything" it's all a bunch of baloney. This place is so mired in office politics that I was actually nominated by a coworker for one of their 'Logi values' awards, (she told me personally) but the nomination was never even announced by HR (other nominees were) - most likely because I was one of the many employees who HR had some type of vendetta against. ----

I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy. We strive to create an environment that employees can feel comfortable talking to senior management about the challenges and obstacles that they face. Our job as a part of the senior management team is to listen to every employee and make sure that their voice is heard. Regarding your review: 1) No Telework: You are correct. As the SDR position is an entry-level sales position, we do not allow the SDR employees to telework as we want to give our employees hands on, in-person coaching and development to better prepare them for an Account Executive position. With a Sales Executive team that is comprised of 84% former SDR’s (and two promotions in the last three months), we pride ourselves on internal development, training and uncompromised career trajectory. 2) Management: At Logi, we are always trying to coach and train our managers to handle each situation with diligence and care. I regret to hear that you did not have the experience that we strive for when working with your direct manager, but we will be sure to be more proactive with our current employees to see if there are any concerns that we could address prior to the exit of an employee. The leaders appeared to be very serious and responsible, working hard. However, in reality, they were disconnected from team development and did not provide effective help or guidance to the team.
