Meetings upon meetings upon meetings. Most people's calendars have 2-3 overlapping "weekly sync" meetings that just get cancelled every week anyways. Takes a lot of time away where you could be selling instead. No direction and very little communication. I was given no metrics, no kpi's, or anything to give me an idea of how well I was doing. It's very difficult to get any answers or move anything along in any sort of process. Sales cycle is shockingly long compared to competitors, often times 12+ months. Very anti-transactional, with reps closing 0 deals in a quarter. Product is much more expensive than competition and is still quite a ways off in terms of functionality. Whole place feels like a very early stage startup with a lack of prior pre-set processes, guidelines, etc.
