Pluspunten

Great team, great owners, family owned and focused, Mike, John and Daniel are amazing and good hearted people. LP is extremely nice and caring to clients. The company strives for growth and development of small businesses. Great place to start a career in marketing. Lots of google and bing incentives. In overall, LP is a large marketing company, continuously growing, and very stable; so I would recommended it to people seeking long term career in marketing.

Salary is not competitive Health benefits options are extremely poor Lack of flexibility on time off or PTO needs Poor on management training, managers get promoted based on seniority rather then experience and receive little to no leadership training. No home office

Thank you for your valued feedback. We use Blue Cross / Blue Shield and there are a variety of options for healthcare in our plan but I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with how it currently stands. I will make sure to send out a survey to the whole team before open enrollment next year to see what people feel should be added. As far as salary and PTO, we have done our research in the industry and feel like we are positioned competitively. This is something that we examine every year and will continue to adjust as time goes on. Thank you again for your feedback.

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
