I can honestly say that I love coming to work each day. Not only is the work interesting, challenging, and constantly evolving, but the culture and people are amazing. I essentially get to spend eight hours of my day with friends. The company has grown considerably in the last two years, which has also of course brought with it a lot of change, but everyone is quick to adapt. The work itself is very rewarding as well. I fell in love with digital marketing the better part of eight years ago, but I get to use that knowledge to help my clients grow their businesses every day. It's a great feeling to know that what I'm working on has a direct impact in the lives of so many people. I feel like I can always present new ideas to management and actually be heard, which can be quite rare. With how fast the company is growing, there's tons of career paths to explore and a lot of upward mobility. I'm constantly half joking with my friends and family that they should apply for a job here as well, but I would certainly recommend it to anyone. It's also a really good feeling to be part of a company that values transparency so highly. There's a lot of shady marketing agencies out there, but Mike (the CEO) has created a culture of complete honesty and transparency. This truly is a unique place to get to work.
