      Pluspunten

      Culture is good. They do try to make it as fun as possible and there isnt to much micromanagement if you do your job.

      Minpunten

      Seasoned employees will take over your sales. Its the only way to make your residual bonuses. So that wasnt ideal.

      Thank you for the feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed the culture, but I'm sorry you felt like you didn't feel like you receive enough support early on.       Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
