      Bar none great management. The culture and people are awesome.

      Minpunten

      Unless you absolutely kill it out the gate, the compensation is not good. I suggest they change the payment model.

We just announced several changes to the comp model for sales that will help with the ramp up period that you are describing.       Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
