They assign too many accounts to employees and have a centralized focus on money over genuinely caring for both clients and employees. Unfortunately, many workers have lost their morale due to never ending changes. It's a mess.

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
