Pluspunten
This has been stated previously, but there really are none left. If it's really important to you to have a fully-remote job, that could be considered a pro. There haven't been any RTO mandates. But outside of that, every positive thing that previously existed is long gone. The people running the company actively uphold and support a thriving toxic culture. The pay has fallen way behind the median. And a lot of the best people have been inexplicably laid off. There's next-to-nothing left.
Minpunten
LP, at present, fails by every standard I would be evaluating a company to work at. The CEO is a menace to his constituents. The organizational hierarchy no longer makes any sense and is dominated by "yes men." And every decision that is made seems to be to save a buck with absolutely no plan for the future. The blind leading the blind.
