      BDR do not close deals the management does. Yet they assign a revenue goal in order to keep your job each quarter. So If MGT cant close a deal you book then your out of a job.

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.
