Pluspunten

Intellectually stimulating work, new interesting problems every day, mission worthy of getting up and working hard for, (mostly) awesome team, really clever driven people, cool offices and free food, many Google perks.

Minpunten

Surprisingly political in a bad way incl. some toxic people and back stabbing, but I guess that's not unique in tech, still surprising given the small size, the culture generally wasn't best. Constant start-stop mode, bad work life balance with just ok TC. No Alphabet stock.

Het team was van wereldklasse en zorgde regelmatig voor technische wonderen

Minpunten

Vreemde bedrijfspolitiek in onze relatie met Google, die van invloed was op onze schaalbaarheid en uiteindelijk ons succes.

I really enjoyed working here, the project is really neat and it's sad that it's shutting down. My team mates were brilliant, the culture was quite collaborative and it was startup-like to work at.

Minpunten

I had a lot of fun working here and don't have any cons to list.
