Pluspunten

Some great hardworking individuals working here with a good culture and atmosphere driven out of a disruptive startup in the mobile ad space. - Cool office location in Farringdon and there is the typical start-up vibe with beers, foozeball on offer.

Minpunten

Management - Unfortunately, the CEO has not relinquished power as the company has grown and still wants oversight on every small decision made. This often results in either pay, titles or career progression promised and then often not delivered at the last minute. Commission for salespeople is well below what it should be for the numbers that are brought in to the company. Product - Despite having a very unique product and a sophisticated team working on very solid tech the company needs to pivot away from the short-term success of managed service to provide a true SaaS product capable of being snapped up in an acquisition.

Thank you for your feedback. As a team, we always value hearing from current and former staff to ensure we are continually learning and improving LoopMe. We have recently implemented bi-annual employee reviews, bi-annual employee surveys and suggestion boxes in every office, which are used gather feedback and drive improvements. Rapid growth leads to rapid change and sometimes that causes teething problems. While LoopMe managers try their utmost not to over-promise and under-deliver when it comes to pay, titles or career progression, unfortunately there may be instances where it is not possible, and we address these occasions on an individual level. We pride ourselves on our product, and are working to ensure it is the best-in-market for our clients, however they want to work with us, whether that’s managed service, programmatic or self-serve. Thank you once again for your input, we appreciate the hard work you have put into LoopMe over the years.

Pluspunten

The solution has great delivery and measurement products and the clients love it. We did our Sales Kick off at Disney World this year and we do fun events like this throughout the year, so a really good culture.

Minpunten

Growing company, so the inherent growing pains, but nothing to be alarmed about.

There are great members on the Sales team that are fun to work with

Employees are often treated like numbers rather than people. I was denied paternity leave despite being just two days shy of my one-year mark, leaving me without pay when my first child was born. This showed that policies and employee well-being are secondary to the company’s bottom line. It is apparent the company is positioning itself for sale, and this drives decisions. Employees are seen as expenses to cut rather than people to invest in, with benefits, perks, and support reduced to improve margins. Promises about valuing employees often feel like empty statements rather than reality.
