Lunchbox has been a fantastic place to work as a creative. There are some brilliant, fun people who have taught me tremendously and have remained friends for years. The small size of the agency allows you to have a voice and contribute to concepts even as a junior. The wide variety of major brands they work with has allowed me to gain a bunch of experience working on anything from deodorant to Spiderman programs. I’ve experienced excellent teamwork and collaboration between all the departments which has allowed me to expand my understanding in other disciplines like web development, video production, marketing and the whole process of creating a shopper marketing program start to finish. Leadership is strong, involved and accessible. Additionally, the West LA office is in a great location, a couple blocks from Whole Foods and there’s a nice little gym in the office.

Lunchbox creates programs with verifiable results, not just campaigns that create buzz, so people coming from traditional advertising backgrounds have to go through a bit of a transition. This isn’t a massive agency where you can skate by on BS.
