I'm finding it hard to really come up with any legitimate positives.

Minpunten

Ownership and management are misogynistic and borderline racist. Those same people in power are also woefully underqualified for the made-up positions they hold and constantly delegate their own tasks to others only to claim the credit for themselves later. They're totally beholden to a project that continues to be rejected by investors and consumers alike. Their "innovations" are either nothing of the sort, or they are taken from a competitor and implemented poorly and far too late to capture market share.

- Management help set clear goals for projects to help guide project and performance - Team members are always in a positive mood, which is infectious. - Management teams allow employees to work independently without constant supervision - Professional development opportunities are given. Which is nice to know. They really encourage and promote growth here.

Minpunten

- A lot of work and lots of opportunities. Never a dull moment! - May wear a couple of hats with lots of responsibilities, but this is a great opportunity and place to grow and develop a career.
