Pluspunten

Large, fast growth company. Theoretically you can switch assigments every year but need to be ready to relocate - sites specialize in few customers each, sometimes just sigle ones. 99% outsourcing for huge corpos with lots of legacy code.

Minpunten

Primitive, brutal, disrespectful. Management are wolves who see their workers as sheep to be exploited. Life goes from one quarterly financial report to next one.

Pluspunten

- Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

Minpunten

- Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
