Pluspunten

Benefits are available, but they are all expensive. Tuition reimbursement for college is available, but it's the discretion of your line manager who is likely to deny your tuition reimbursement. There's opportunity for advancement if you are part of the good ole boy system, so people are not promoted based on their merit, skill, and qualifications. This is reflected in the biannual review process which is subjective and based only on line manager input/feedback. Your peers and customers are NOT given an opportunity to give their feedback in performance reviews.

Minpunten

The PPO plan is expensive and requires a huge deductible for prescription coverage ($3,000 per year for employee + 1 dependent or $1500 per year employee only.) Coverage for prescriptions is not available until the out of pocket deductible is met, Copays for doctor visits have doubled in the past 4 years. What used to cost $20, now costs $40.
