Great co workers and flexible hours. Work isn’t that hard. Pay is alright if your just starting out.

Short breaks, long hours, always working overtime. If something needs to be done you will be put under pressure to finish it.

No Pros - An all around messy place to work. If you like to be talked about and disrespected this is the perfect place for you.

Poor management. They refuse to take any accountability for their mistakes especially QC. They will put you in any position and tell you it is temporary just to let you go. Has a ridiculous 1 minute tardy policy. You’ll get paid more at McDonald’s cleaning toilets. Your time and energy is overlooked and you are automatically seen as a “non value added employee” in any department outside of assembly (but they will still treat you like $ħîť. No career advancements or opportunities. Have a very “this is all temporary” kind of work environment.
