      Pluspunten

      Merit-based company. It pays you on your performance, has a great atmosphere as well as unlimited commission. Its all about the effort you put forth at MBA Direct. It does require hard work, however, it is very rewarding from a financial standpoint as well as mental standpoint. You learn about becoming an entrepreneur while having a lot of fun in the process. Team Nights are awesome. Best job I have ever had!!!

      The people, environment and the atmosphere are amazing at MBA Direct. I can honestly say this is a job i truly enjoyed coming into the office everyday. Very inspirational.

      There aren't any cons, if you work hard you can get anything you want at this company.

      Since joining this company I have been extremely happy with the culture and the training I have received. During our morning meetings, we are able to take away valuable information on sales, leadership, and many other topics. The coaching I get one on one from the owners of the company is something I think stands out from other companies. They come out and do sales with different people at least three days a week to help us get better at our craft and to just get to know us.
