      Pluspunten

      MBDA has some very interesting projects. The engineers are very competent and very willing to help on challenging problems. Good environment to work in, Offices are refurbished at least every 10 years or so, PCs refreshed every 3 years or so. Order book is very good, the company will be recruiting technical and engineering skills heavily for the next few years.

      Minpunten

      A lot of retirements over the past few years means a lot of good knowledgeable and talented people have left. Often their replacements are inexperienced. Very heavy middle management culture is developing. Salaries and compensation are often below market rates - there are no retention schemes.

      Due to the nature of our products (Defence) it might sometimes be difficult or inappropriate sharing our day to day job achievements or successes outside the company.
