Minpunten
- It is a large business so very different environment to SME so has been a bit of an adjustment from my previous roles in much smaller businesses - There are a lot of doors to go through when moving around the site, although it is a defence company so to be expected - Some of the systems can take a bit of time to get used to but generally ok - SC clearance can take a bit of time to come through which results in a slightly longer recruitment process but I did receive regular comms throughout so wasn't too bad to be fair. Again it is a pre-requisite requirement if working for a defence company.
