Possibility to grow your experience begin a consultant, by participating in fast-paced and important projects. Reasonable salary for an entry-level position compared to many other situations in Italy. Meal vouchers as benefit. Paid working travel. Generally polite and serious people.

Minpunten

You do not feel very protected since you are an external consultant, you feel like the people you talk with internally to the company are not the ones you constantly work with and decide your future developments. Onboarding at the project firm (at least in the project I participated in) was not sufficient to work in the best way.
