Lots of over time. Co workers were mostly good. My immediate supervisor was amazing.
Minpunten
Over all management totally lacking. Completely out of touch with reality. Priorities all jacked up they would rather make 2 people work 16 hours a day 7 days a week that hire an extra person to do the work in 8 hours. You are punished for being a hard worker no matter how much you work it’s never enough. You get zero time to recover or be with your family. Nepotism abounds rampantly and honestly the pays not bad for Arizona but not worth what they expect. I’m happy for what I learned but if that place crumbled to the ground tomorrow that would be just fine. That being said if you need money do what I did work it save it and run when you can.
