If you are wanting employment where you can be respected and paid an honest living, do not work for this company. I applied for a part time position due to other commitments. On the first day, I was told that I was full time. Upon requesting clarification, I was told we'll check into that. When I finally became frustrated by the run around, I was rudely told that I'd have to take a full time position or see myself to the door. And then had the audacity to call me a liar when I showed them the job ad and my offer letter that did not mention full time work. When I asked about the bonus schedule to see if the potentional for bonuses would offset the extremely low pay rate, I was given the run around on this as well and was told to be patient. Come to find out the highest bonus you could possibly earn is $150 a month and that is based on the call centers statistics, so there might not be bonuses at all if they call center does not meet it's metrics. They also stated that they offer weekly bonuses to top performers, the kicker is the top performers names are added to a spinning wheel and the name of the person who it lands on will be the only one to get the bonus. So you could work hard, be the best performer, and with a stroke of luck not get a bonus for your hard work. So in essence, do not count on a bonus! The job (Signify Health) is all out bound calls and you are expected to get six plus appointments per hour (with spam blockers, the high amount of telephone scams, and people who simply do not answer unknown callers) the potential for meeting this metric is very low. If you are hired for a bilingual position, do not expect to get a language differential. You'll get the same pay rate the non bilingual representatives , bascially exploiting your skillset to their advantage at not additional cost to them. You have managers walking around the building screaming out "come on you can do it" waving flags at you. You have to use your own personal device to get into the building as they are too cheap to issue access cards. One gentleman in training did not have a phone, not sure what they were going to do to offset that problem. They want you to use your personal email on their monitored systems for communications, they are too cheap to issue company email addresses for correspondence. If you take a potty break, then that time is deducted from your pay. The laptops are outdated and do not work most of the time, there are no IT people in office so many employees cannot even work due to lack of technology that functions correctly. The cubicles look like they were taken out of a garbage dump, they are stained, ripped and smelly. The carpet is covered in trash and debris and the bathrooms are filthy with no toilet paper, you have to bring your own. I guess this might be a good in between job until you can do better, but it is definitely not a good place to stay long term. For $112 a day, you could do DoorDash for a few hours and earn that without all of the nonsense. About the only good thing I can say is that they other new hires were very nice.

The training I received at MCI has been outstanding and has prepared me exceptionally well for my role. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed.
