      Pluspunten

      Very flexible shifts, lots of overtime, plenty of regular hours, willingness to promote competent employees. If shifts didn't suit employees, there was always a willingness to accommodate you.

      Minpunten

      While shifts were flexible, it was very much a regulated job in terms of hours and break times. Like all security jobs, the work is mind-numbingly boring. In addition, there is low pay, no job satisfaction, boring work, and several supervisors/managers showed a serious lack of respect to employees.
