Pluspunten
Small company with a good atmosphere depending on your position and location. The workers seem to treat each other like friends and did happy hours together often.
Minpunten
Some people have more control than they need. An accountant seemed in control over contracts, Quality Assurance, human resources, information technology and other portions of the business. There were instances of clock watching (by non manager accountant) even when time off was approved by the manager. The division manager seemed out of touch with the Houston offices. Pay was not great and raises were not very high most times.
