Flexible work schedule with a good benefits package for full-time employees. Employees organize a summer volleyball league and there is a good on-site gym, studio, and subsidized cafeteria.
Minpunten
The satellite business is inherently up and down, which can make staffing projects tricky. Still going through some issues with employee retention but the new executive and HR team seems to have made this a priority. Compensation is a little low, which hurts the company's retention and competitive edge when seeking new talent.
