None. Leadership is unhelpful they knew that I would need training and provided very little and expected goals to be met with broken machines and no adequate help

Stressful unsupportive did not have training in place or any sort of actual support

Lots of great people to work with, flexible onsite vs. remote schedules, interesting manufacturing business, company is growing.

Minpunten

Haven't quite figured out how to truly be one company, built on M&A with many systems and processes in place as they were when acquired, limiting ability to truly act as one company.
