Minpunten
You will have FORCED over time almost daily, even when you begin work at 2 a.m. If you don't stay as long as they want you to, they will fire you. You must sign up to work OT on weekends. You will be told that you have to stay longer than you signed up for. You are not allowed breaks. If you take a break the supervisors will clock you out and not tell you. You will look as if you have aged 5 years in just a month from lack of sleep and being run into the ground..You run the risk of having a car accident due to lack of sleep or being over worked. If it snows, you will have to drive in that and or wait around in the office until they tell you to go out and begin your rounds. You must work every holiday. No one except managers ever gets to take a major holiday off, so forget about going out of town to visit family ever again. Vacations are very hard to take, as there are many employees and only one can take off at a time. Staff is very unprofessional and workers are upset and angry constantly due to unfair treatment and basically being treated like subhumans. They do not reimburse properly for mileage. JUST SAY NO.
