A strong early learning experience with talented, hardworking coworkers, opportunities for technical growth, and some principals who genuinely care about quality and design.

Minpunten

Management lacked consistency and transparency in decision making. Internal politics and informal narrative control by certain individuals affected morale and open communication. Job security felt uncertain, even after receiving positive feedback and making personal commitments based on management assurances.
