If you are looking for a job where you can succeed and grow, this is not the job for you. Also, loyalty is not rewarded here, no matter how hard you work or how good you are at your job. In fact, you may be one of the first to go, most likely with minimal notice (sent via an email because you’re not good enough for a call) when the rest of the company is not meeting their job duties. MMARS enjoys implementing many (delusional) changes, often within days of each other. While the actual work itself can be rewarding, the pressures to meet their billing requirements can be too much.
